Ross Gallagher, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Ross has been the CEO of healthlinks.net since September 2006.

Previously, Ross was employed by Epicorp Limited in the capacity of Investment Manager. Epicorp Limited provided venture capital to innovative companies in the IC&T industry, who were assessed as having excellent future growth potential. In addition to assessing potential investment opportunities and managing the investment portfolio, Ross worked "hands-on" with his portfolio of companies, providing strategic advice, corporate advisory and fund-raising assistance, mentoring and assisting Executive Management source the right team to enable the respective companies grow to their full potential.

Ross enjoys working with innovative and entrepreneurial people who are seeking to change "time honoured" traditions. As such, he is very excited to be leading healthlinks.net as it launches Mirixa Australia in the local market, and the potential positive influence it will have on a changing pharmacy industry.

Prior to the Epicorp role, Ross spent 15 years in the finance industry working with both small to medium enterprises and corporate clients in varying roles, including marketing, credit, risk and business development disciplines.

Ross holds a Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland and has extensive Non-Executive Director experience.

Roma Cecere, General Manager

Roma was appointed to Mirixa Australia, operating under healthlinks.net pty ltd a subsidiary of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, in November 2008. Roma is responsible for client relationship management, scoping and launch of pharmacy based patient education programs.

Roma joined healthlinks.net in May 2000, as the Strategic Project Manager to oversee the deployment of pharmacy based disease management programs and web based document management and distribution system for pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining healthlinks.net Roma was involved in the private and public health sector and has gained a sound understanding of the pharmaceutical, devices and hospital industry, including its governance, directions and key participants.

Roma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing.

Philip Alexander, General Manager Technology

Philip Alexander has honed his practical approach to project management and software development over the last 20 years in the pharmacy and medical market. He has 15 years experience in software development, deployment, support, training with Dispensing and Point of Sale products for pharmacy with Amfac and Corum Health Services. His major achievements while at Corum include PBS Online, Ethical Content Management System, Pharmacy Messaging System and the introduction of Agile Development methodology.

As a General Manager Philip has been responsible for technology platform selection, strategic planning, budgeting and is comfortable managing large disparate multidiscipline development teams of up to 25 staff.

He also has several years of experience with practice management and clinical software for general practitioners products at (HCN) Health Communications Network. His recent activities include preparation of the Medication Images Specification and as a member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia’s Research and Development Tender Evaluation Committee.
